Club members and their families are invited to join us on Friday, February 26th for our monthly Family Night. This Family Night’s theme is healthy hearts and things we love. Dinner and dessert is from 5:30 to 6:30 pm and will feature foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Don’t forget to bring your tennis shoes — we’ll be on the move! Learn about the impact of stress on your heart, what cholesterol is and how to manage it, and the importance of physical activity. We hope to see you there!
