Health & Wellness Field Day

This fun-filled field day is not to be missed! Learn about portion-control and healthy eating with real-life examples; you can eat one-quarter of a Burger King Whopper or seventeen sticks of celery for the same number of calories. With help from the New Balance Foundation, club members will run a circuit of exercises and games to burn off 200 calories in under two hours. Sock puppets may make an appearance, too…
