Sadie Stephens was born and raised in Dorchester, MA. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Children, Youth, and Families’ Studies from Lesley University where she discovered her love for youth development, accessibility, and education. Her passion has always been to serve, educate, and uplift youth of color. She joined West End House during the beginnings of the pandemic to support youth’s virtual learning. Although challenging to join a work environment during a pandemic, the work she engaged in and the relationships she built during this time was truly rewarding. She is a lover of all things, and you can see it through the innovative artistry she brings to youth spaces. Becoming a part of the West End House has bought Sadie many new opportunities and experiences. She looks forward to uplifting and shaping the lives of all people she comes across.
