Reem Bou-Nacklie has been involved in food and food justice for all of her career. Originally from Lebanon, Reem moved to Vermont with her family when she was a few years old. Reem attended the University of Vermont for both her undergraduate and graduate school, getting degrees in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Science with concentrations on food ethics and sustainability. Reem moved to Boston in 2022 to work as a Nutrition Coordinator in Cambridge, and since then has been enjoying all that the city has to offer. Reem loves to hike, ski, play soccer and cook new recipes and she is conversationally fluent in Arabic.
