Mir joined West End House in 2024, bringing experience in non-profit fundraising operations and events to our team. His most recent role was as Senior Development Associate at The Dimock Center, where he took responsibility for the organization’s primary events. Prior to that, Mir worked in a variety of industries, including a two-year fellowship with Teach for India. In that time as a teacher, he gained a deep appreciation for the importance of a holistic and joyous education experience for underserved students. Now, he’s happy to play a role at the intersection of those experiences. Mir is a graduate of Wheaton College (MA), where he studied music and business.
