Katherine “Kip” Parker has served the Boys & Girls Clubs movement for over a decade and has worked as a development professional for the majority of her career.  Prior to joining the West End House, Kip served as the Director of Development for Roxbury Prep Charter School.  She received her BS from the University of Connecticut and lives in Dorchester with her rescue dog, Pippa.
