Iniobong Udofia graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors in Psychology and then transitioned to City Year Boston where he served as an AmeriCorps member inside a classroom for 2 years. City Year is where Ini found his love for supporting young people. After this experience he went to Boston University where he received his Master’s degree in Social Work. Ini has intern and job experience in various settings such as schools Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School where he interned. He also worked as a Clinical Case Manger at a group home in Lynn called Centerboard, for youth ages 14-19. He followed this up with time at Y2Y being a Program Manager at a shelter for young people ages 18-24. In all of Ini’s work he tries to ground himself in community and team. In his free time Ini loves playing and coaching basketball!
