Thanks to the generous support of the City of Boston’s Youth Development Fund, West End House has entered into a collaborative partnership with City Mission to amplify youth voices on anti-racism and social justice issues. The Making Change Crew (MCC) program is designed for teens who want to be changemakers. Teens will explore some of the root causes and consequences of poverty, inequality, and racism through an introduction to public policy, service learning, communications, and nonprofit organizational structure. The goal of this program is for our members to gain a deeper understanding of why anti-racism work and social justice is important and why we need their voices to educate, empower and engage our community.
