Congratulations to the West End House Class of 2025!
Graduation is more than a milestone—it’s a celebration of growth, perseverance, and possibility. From balancing school, extracurriculars, and family responsibilities to navigating their next steps, our seniors have shown incredible determination and heart.
Of our 55 high school graduates, many are heading to respected colleges and universities such as UMass Amherst, UMass Boston, Salem State, Bridgewater State, and Bunker Hill Community College. Others are launching their careers through employment or vocational training programs, including some companies like Mitsubishi and the YMCA.
Collectively, our graduates secured tens of thousands of dollars in private scholarships and financial support to pursue their education and career goals. We’re especially proud to celebrate a standout achievement: with the support of our College Counselor, one of our seniors earned the prestigious Questbridge Match Scholarship to Amherst College, covering the entire cost of going to college—including tuition, housing, meals, and more—for four years!
While graduation often means moving on, at West End House it also means coming home. Our June 11th Graduation Celebration includes an induction ceremony where seniors officially became our newest West End House Alumni—inspiring younger members and stepping into a lifelong community of support.
As new West End House alumni, these graduates are now entering the next phase of their journey—one that encourages greater independence while ensuring they’re never alone. Each will be paired with a dedicated coach from our College & Career Pathways team, who will provide personalized guidance, academic and professional coaching, and financial support throughout their college and early career years. This intentional support system helps alumni navigate challenges, build self-confidence, and stay on track toward their goals. In fact, this very model of sustained, relationship-based support has helped 23 West End House alumni earn their college degrees this year—a milestone we’re proud to celebrate as a reflection of both their hard work and the strength of the program behind them.
