On the evening of Friday, May 17th, West End House, thanks in part to support from Boys and Girls Club of America and Music and Youth Initiative, hosted the 2019 Boston Music and Awards Showcase. The talented youth of five Boston organizations, Hyde Square Task Force, Waltham Boys and Girls Club, Dorchester Boys and Girls Club, Sociedad Latina and West End House, performed musical pieces in our New Balance Foundation Pavilion to a packed audience.

Beats heard between the pieces were made by our own Jayleen. And another one of our youth, Leslie, helped to MC the evening, along with a member from the Waltham BGC. The evening came to a close with the presentation of awards for each organization.
