A Celebration of Youth, In Community:
West End House Presents 2026
On May 6, we welcomed more than 300 guests to our club to celebrate members of West End House and learn about their passions, talents, and the incredible things they do here every day. West End House Presents was a great success this year, raising more than $910,000 for our programs & club members. Guests enjoyed exploring all three floors of our building and learned about our wide variety of programs directly from young people who participate in them! They also had the opportunity to shop for unique items at the Designed by Kids store, including handmade clay wares and food items made by young cooks, and bid on more than 40 original pieces of art from Pathways Artists.
As we moved to the gym for dinner and our eveningâs program, the West End House Band kicked off the show with a cover of âBirds of a Feather,â followed by a medley of âBegginââ and Bruno Marsâ âLocked Out of Heaven.â Expressive performances continued throughout the program, with singer Zina performing âJourney to the Pastâ from the musical Anastasia, and an original spoken word piece from Lintha, entitled âA Different Childhood.â
We were grateful for the gathering of so many partners in support of this community. Alumnus Emerson Sanchezâs remarks captured the essence of whatâs possible when we come together, ensuring young people have the opportunity to explore their interests and build relationships that help them blossom. Now in college pursuing his degree in mechanical engineering, Emerson shared that West End House programsâ âpush for always improving, creating, and learning led to my discovery and love for STEM. I wanted to continue to explore it. I found my thing.â
Thank you to those of you who celebrated with us at West End House Presents. Our youth were proud to connect with you and share their enthusiasm for this space.
