Zoranyeli joined West End House in 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in human resources, recruitment, and employee engagement across nonprofit, public, and private sectors.

Her career began in youth development with the Boston Centers for Youth & Families, where she supported youth employment programs and community engagement initiatives across Greater Boston. Over the years, she has built deep expertise in talent management and HR operations, most recently serving as Senior Recruiter at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, where she led organization-wide recruitment and supported key initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and equity. A graduate of American University, Zoranyeli is passionate about creating inclusive, people-centered workplaces that empower individuals to grow and make meaningful impact.
