Fierce Flex Yoga
A 10-week yoga series for kids & teens to introduce them to the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and physical fitness. Each week focuses on different themes, poses, and mindfulness activities. Yoga for Kids is fun, engaging, and beneficial for their physical and mental well-being!
WEH Fit Fam
WEH Fit Fam is a 10-wk program to strengthen bodies and bonds through fitness by providing an educational, entertaining, and friendly environment for youth. This program is designed for one hour of fun workouts, sports drills, calisthenics, circuit training, interval training, strength training, and team building activities. Members will learn the basic principles of health and fitness, how to safely use the fitness equipment, and facility rules/etiquette.
Gym Challenges
Gym Challenge is a program designed for members who are looking to get in shape through different activities in the gym. Members will be able to focus on team building, communication, strategy, problem solving, sportsmanship, and improving or maintaining HFZ levels.
Live in Motion (ages 7+)
Live in motion is a 10-week program that brings members together to compete in Fitness and Fun through various games using everyday life skills such as communication, brainstorming, listening and Teamwork.
Sports Around the World (ages 11+)
A 10-week program member comes together to explore different games from popular countries around the world. Each week, members will learn about a new game from a different country and how to play. Members will be able to play games and compete against one another.
Soccer League (9-12y)
Members will be split into teams competing against one another for 10-wks
Serving Up Success/Basketball Drills (ages 13+)
A Volleyball clinic where girls (10-13) can learn volleyball skills, work together as a team, and grow in their fitness and health. Aimed at developing skills of beginner level athletes to well-practiced & competitive.
Basketball Strength and Conditioning Skills (ages 13+)
Throughout the 10 weeks members will have developed the following skills and drills while also learning about nutrition.
