Leadership and career development
S2S (9th-12th grade)
A stipend workforce readiness course geared toward High Schoolers. Members will have the opportunity to learn about the application process, interviewing, and functioning in a workplace.
Ready to Work (6th-8th grade)
A stipend workforce readiness course geared toward Middle Schoolers. Members will have the opportunity to learn about the application process, interviewing, and functioning in a workplace.
Youth of the Year
This program provides in-depth exploration of essential leadership skills and concepts – specifically for youth participating in Youth of the Year recognition awards.
Torch Club (11-13y)
A volunteer lead leadership program for ages 11-13. Members will collaborate in group projects and games teaching valuable life skills. Culminating in the introduction of members into the Keystone Club
Money Matters (9th-12th grade)
This program is interactive and teaches high school students about budgeting, saving, spending, and understanding their paycheck.
Pathways 2 HBCU
This program focuses on learning about historically black colleges and influential leaders that attended those institutions. This program culminates in an HBCU trip during April vacation and a Program Reception in May where students discuss their experience and lessons learned.
Junior Advising (11th grade)
This program supports high school juniors in thinking about their career goals, what it takes to accomplish them, and how they can plan early to be prepared for senior year.
Senior Advising (12th grade)
This program is an open and consistent space for seniors to get support through the college and career application process in order to be prepared for their desired plan after graduation, including scholarships, trade schools, budgeting, and resume support.
Career Talks (9th-12th grade)
The program is designed to help high school students explore and develop the essential skills needed to succeed in the workforce.
