Tait is an educator at heart. With 12 years as a middle and high school teacher in Texas, Massachusetts and California and extensive experience as a college-access program director and school leader, she works to center the needs and goals of students and young adults in all she does. Tait has a B.A. from Kenyon College and M.Ed. from San Francisco State University, and she relocated to the Boston area from San Francisco. Tait oversees academic programming and school partnerships for West End House.
