    Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition

Kids Café
Help prepare and serve around 200 nutritious, hot meals to the members of the West End House. Work along side student workers in the kitchen and interact with the diverse and delightful population of our Club while serving.  This is a great way to be introduced to the West End House community.

Assistant Coach
Coaching help is needed for soccer, softball, baseball, and biddy ball (basketball youth age 7-9) in the spring months.

Girls Fitness
Get your heart rate up with our girls in the gym during this 60 minute fitness class.  The goal is to achieve 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, reinforcing personal physical fitness behavior for our girls.  Activities include running, aerobics, taebo, relay races and yoga.
